Africa-Press – Angola. The board members of the National Association of Traditional Sovereignty of Angola (ANSTA) elected Friday, great soba Miguel Vingo as president of the provincial council of the institution in Uíge.

In his speech, the president of the ANSTA provincial council in Uíge, Miguel Vingo, who has been active for over 20 years, promised better organization of the class.
At the opening, the assistant administrator of Uíge, Gomes Costa, considered the event important, having justified that it aims to preserve the traditional values of the old and new generation.
On the other hand, the official lamented the loss of many habits and customs.
As a result, he appealed to the traditional authorities to develop actions that promote the region’s cultural values.
The president of the national council of ANSTA, sovereign Miguel Filipe, wants to speed up the processes of provincial assemblies, an initiative that aims to start the registration process to know the number of existing sobas, as well as to end the supposed sobas.
Accordingly, he reiterated the need to continue working to rescue cultural values, through the implementation of policies for the recognition of forgotten kingdoms and sub-kingdoms.
