Africa-Press – Angola. An Integrated Vocational Training Center will be built in the “4 de Fevereiro” neighbourhood, on the outskirts of the city of Luena, Moxico province, in order to serve, essentially, young people.
The act of laying the 1st stone of the construction of the aforementioned infrastructure was carried out Wednesday, by the leader of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the World (Tocoista), Dom Afonso Nunes.
“From now on, work will be done to deforest the space of 200 square meters, within 10 days, with the arrival of architects and civil engineers, the value of the work and execution time will be defined”, assured Dom Afonso Nunes.
The Tocoist bishop, Dom Afonso Nunes, said that the project is part of the church’s social actions, tending to promote the employability of young people with technical-professional courses.
He reaffirmed that his religious denomination will continue to build identical infrastructures at the country level, as a partner of the government.
on the occasion, the municipal administrator of Moxico, Constantino Horácio Sachamuaha, highlighted the gesture of the church that joins the various initiatives of the government to expand technical and professional education.
The Integrated Professional Training Center is being built eight kilometers east of the city of Luena.
The Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the World (Tocoista) is a religious denomination founded on July 25, 1949, by the Angolan prophet Simão Toco.
Throughout the province of Moxico, the National Institute of Employment and Professional Training (INEFOP), this year, is training more than a thousand candidates in various professional courses, of which 228 are female.
