Magistrates Begin Training on Family Court Proceedings this Monday

Africa-Press – Angola. The Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSMJ) will hold, on the 28th and 29th of this month, a Training on the Challenges of Processing Family Court Proceedings, aimed exclusively at family court magistrates. According to a press release, the event, which will take place in the Auditorium of the National Institute of Judicial Studies (INEJ), Talatona, is part of the annual training plan for Judicial Magistrates.

The training aims to reinforce technical knowledge on the processing of cases in the family court, standardize procedures and ensure a faster and more effective response to legal demands of this nature.

The opening session, on April 28, will feature the intervention of the member of the CSMJ and acting president of the Superior Council of the Judiciary, Fernando Gomes, and the participation of the member of the CSMJ, Anabela Valente, and the deputy director of the INEJ, João Morais.
