Africa-Press – Angola. The president of the MPLA Parliamentary Group (GP), Joaquim Reis Júnior, praised, this Friday, the commitment of the Provincial Government of Luanda (GPL) in the projects that are being developed to continuously improve the quality of life of the city’s inhabitants.
Joaquim Reis Júnior made these statements to the press at the end of a visit he made to the municipality of Ingombota, in order to evaluate the Luanda Intervention Program (PIL).
The deputy stressed that “it is good for the population to know that better days are coming. That is why they should have hope for the future.” When asked about the visits he made to the construction sites, the parliamentarian gave a positive assessment, especially because projects are being carried out with science”.
Regarding the outcry from the party’s first secretary and governor of Luanda, Luís Manuel Nunes, he confirmed that the GP has undertaken to advocate, as they do with other regions that request support, so that whenever possible there will be more financial resources for the country’s capital.
The MPLA’s first secretary in Ingombota, Milca Caquesse, stated that the party, in her municipality, is firm for the current and future challenges, ensuring that party actions are permanent, just as local administration projects are underway.On Friday, Joaquim Reis Júnior visited the ongoing renovation works in Largo da Independência, among others, and held meetings with party members in the municipality.
