Africa-Press – Angola. The National Individual Chess Championship for men and women, scheduled to be held from July 20th to 29th in the province of Uíge, has been postponed to Sept from the 1st to the 10th.
According to a statement from the Angolan Chess Federation, on Monday (14), technical and institutional reasons led to the postponement of the event.
“Due to technical and institutional issues, the National Chess Championship for men and women, initially scheduled for July 20th to 29th in the city of Uíge, has been postponed to Sept the 1st to the 10th,” the statement reads.
