The senior men’s national basketball team leaves today, at 10:00 am, for the city of Malanje, already with the integration of the winger Sadraque Nganga, where he will continue the preparation, aiming at the dispute of the third qualifying window for the 2023 World Championship. , in Asia.
In the pipeline is the third tabulation window that will take place in Abidjan, capital of Côte d’Ivoire, from 27 June to 5 July next. In that window, Angola debuts against Côte d’Ivoire, then plays Guinea, and closes against the Central African Republic (CAR). The National Team occupies the second position of Group C, with five points, one less than the leader of the league table, Côte d’Ivoire. Guinea has four and CAR has three.
The World Championship will take place in Indonesia, Philippines and Japan, from August 25th to September 10th next year.
