Africa-Press – Angola. The Ministry of Public Administration, Labor and Social Security (MAPTSS) has provided training to 2,336 managers and civil servants across the country on labor legislation from May to June this year. Of this total, 1,439 are women and 897 men.
The training carried out in partnership with the National School of Administration and Public Policies (ENAPP), includes directors, human resources technicians from public companies, labour inspectors and union representatives, trained under MAPTSS policies.
The information was delivered on Thursday, in the province of Cabinda, by the administrator for the training area of ENAPP, Édmio Fernando, at the opening of a training action.
According to the official, it is intended to train around 10 thousand administrative agents throughout the country by the end of the year, to improve the provision of public service to users.
He added that after Luanda, the training action, which takes place in online and face-to-face format, extended to the provinces of Bengo, Icolo and Bengo, Zaire, Huíla, Cunene, Namibe, Benguela, Lunda-Sul, Lunda-Norte, Moxico, Cabinda and Moxico Leste. J
