Africa-Press – Angola. The first secretary of the MPLA’s Cuanza-Sul Provincial Committee, Job Capapinha, urged party militants to meet the electorate.

Speaking on Saturday in the city of Gabela, municipality of Amboim, in a mass act, he urged MPLA militants, sympathizers and friends to strengthen the mobilization of more voters for his party, as he believes that only in this way will he be able to consolidate the programs and projects underway for a better Angola.

“The MPLA government program includes a set of actions that respond to the desires of our people. Therefore, we have to win the elections to continue all the work that we are carrying out in favor of the communities”, he stressed.

Job Capapinha underlined that the party of democracy should not only involve dancing, music and songs, but also the work of mobilizing and sensitizing people of electoral age, door-to-door, with the MPLA militant being responsible for presenting the program to voters and the governance projects that the party will implement in the next five years, if it wins the elections.

“Each MPLA militant must start mobilizing today until D-day and have the ability to convince voters to flock to polling stations, as a citizenship right established by the Constitution, to vote for the MPLA, as a party that has programs and viable projects that will continue to respond to the wishes of citizens”, he stressed. Job Capapinha recalled that from the beginning the MPLA became a mass party, because it always worked with the people and for the people, creating a free, sovereign, democratic country and right.
