João Lourenço, in a very relaxed atmosphere, let himself be painted by two children with different levels of autism spectrum disorder (a boy and a girl), talked to both of them and recorded the moment in memorable photographs.
The presidential couple and other guests then watched the film ÍRIS – DIVING INTO THE WORLD OF AUTISTIC PEOPLE in the cinema room of the Luanda Science Center, which tells the story of family dramas surrounding this health challenge that is more prevalent in society than one might have imagined, according to the Presidency of the Republic.
