Africa-Press – Angola. Petromar and Protteja Seguros, SA signed a memorandum of understanding to develop projects related to the social area, at the “4th International Oil and Gas Conference”, which ended this Thursday, in Luanda.
The document was signed by Petromar, the deputy general president, Abel Caetano, and by Protteja, SA, the president of the Board of Directors, Kianda Trozo.
According to the deputy general director of Petromar, Abel Caetano, the agreement will help to develop family farming and improve the quality of life of needy families.
In turn, the President of the Board of Directors of Protteja Seguros, SA, Kianda Trozo, said that the partnership aims to encompass all business opportunities, from supporting associations to creating support structures and social projects.
ETu Energias and SLB
Also at the conference, the company “ETu Energias” and the “Contract for the Provision of Technical Services (SLB)” signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a view to boosting the process of decarbonization initiatives.
In this 4th Edition of the International Conference and Exhibition “Angola Oil & Gas 2023 (AOG 2023)” African ministers and international experts participated.
The event analyzed and discussed topics such as “Creating value in the energy transition”, Oil recovery techniques to combat production drops” and “Green gas: use and monitoring of gas in a focused environment”.
The forum took place under the motto “Energy security, decarbonization and sustainable development”.
