Africa-Press – Angola. The Angolan market has yet another private Social Communication project, called Rede Girassol, set up in Luanda, and includes a TV platform, Radio, News and Business Portal, whose television channel opens on Saturday.
Speaking at the ceremony for the experimental presentation of the contents, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Girassol Network, Hélder Bárber, said that the project is based on technological innovation and competent staff training.
On his turn, the Minister of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication, Mário Oliveira, referred that, with this project, the country is creating the conditions for citizens to be well informed and trained.
“The initiative is to be welcomed and we really hope that it brings what all Angolans expect: training and information”, underlined the minister, at the end of the visit to the Girassol Network facilities.
