Africa-Press – Angola. The first 212 T3 and T4 apartments, out of 1,800, planned in the first construction phase of the Saurimo Centrality (Lunda Sul), in the Nhama neighborhood, should be completed in November 2023.
The information was given Sunday by the executive president of the Griner company, Francisco Pinto, at the end of the visit by the Minister of Public Works and Housing, Carlos Santos, to the construction works of the Centralidade.
On the occasion, the person in charge informed that in the first one, in progress, eight buildings with the same number of floors were erected.
He added that for the second phase, 1,200 homes are planned, including apartments, single-family houses and semi-detached houses.
He explained that masonry work has already been done. Ceramics are currently being placed in the interior, which will be followed by the windows and doors.
Located in the Nhama neighborhood, works began in 2017, in an area of 7.35 hectares, the project includes the construction of three thousand homes.
Divided into four phases, the work was paralyzed for two years, having been resumed in 2021.
The project provides for public and private services, including health units, children’s space, police stations and green areas.
