In Caxito, the delegation made contact with the reality of deputies and parliamentary officials in that province, whose needs and difficulties were reflected in the memorandum delivered by the secretary of the Bengo Local Cabinet, Euclides Nicolau Cunga.

Without yet benefiting from their own facilities, according to information disclosed by Parliament, the deputies of the provincial circle are accommodated in five offices, which no longer suit the current context, despite being in good condition.
