Speaking about the UNTA-CS activities developed in the first half of the current year, the official said that the observation of rigor in hiring can avoid or reduce infractions or labor conflicts like those registered in the last six months in Moxico.
Among the infractions observed in the aforementioned period, Emundo Cabeia highlighted unfair dismissal and wage reduction, which would have violated the contracts entered into between the worker and the contractor.
According to the source, the banking sector and other private companies are the ones that committed the most violations in the last six months, causing an increase in irregularities from three, from the same previous period of 2022, to the current six.
For this reason, the trade union leader defended more efficiency and dynamism in the performance of the State Inspection bodies.
