Africa-Press – Cape verde. Fuels are cheaper as of today, June 1st, according to the latest update from the Multisectoral Regulatory Agency for the Economy (ARME). Butane gas is now sold in bulk for 125.70 ECV/KG, with 12.5 Kg bottles at $1,571, 6 Kg bottles at $754; the 3 kg ones, at 358$ and the 55 Kg ones, at 6,913$.
The Multisectoral Regulatory Agency for the Economy (ARME) has just set the new maximum fuel prices, which will come into effect from 00:00 today, June 1st, with all maximum prices of petroleum products being reduced by 4. 97%.
Thus, according to the new table, normal diesel is now sold at 117.70 ECV/L; Gasoline, 140.70 ECV/L; Oil, 129.60 ECV/L; Diesel for Electricity, 104.00 ECV and Diesel for the Navy, 90.00 ECV/L.
The Fuel 380 is now sold at 83.00 ECV/L and the Fuel 180 at 89.70 ECV.
Butane gas is now sold in bulk for 125.70 ECV/KG, with 12.5 kg bottles costing 1,571.00 ECV; those weighing 6 kg, 754.00 ECV; the 3 kg ones, at 358.00 ECV and the 55 kg ones, at 6,913.00 ECV.
Decrease of 19.63% compared to June 2022
In percentage terms, in the domestic market, the prices of Butane, Gasoline, Oil, Normal Gasoil, Electricity Gasoil, Marine Gasoil, Fuel Oil 380 and Fuel Oil 180 decreased by 10.53%, 4.16% , 3.93%, 3.92%, 4.41%, 4.46%, 4.13% and 4.24%, respectively, which corresponds to an average decrease of 4.97%.
Compared to the same period (June 2022), the average change in fuel prices corresponds to a decrease of 19.63% and, in relation to the average change over the current year, corresponds to a decrease of 9.48%.
