Africa-Press – Cape verde. The director general of Inpharma, Elisete Lima, said this Monday, in Praia, that the institution continues to operate in São Tomé and Príncipe indirectly, in the supply of medicines through the group purchasing process.
The statement was made in statements to the press, after the visit of the President of the Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe, Carlos Vila Nova, to the Inpharma premises, located in the industrial zone of Tira Chapéu.
The prospects are good, bearing in mind that São Tomé and Príncipe is part of the group of Small Island developing States, which allows us, through the group purchasing process, to participate indirectly in the supply of medicines”, she explained.
However, she pointed out that this visit by the President of São Tomé, Carlos Vila Nova, could help Inpharma to start operating directly in São Tomé and Príncipe.
