Pedro Barros added that the meeting, which took place as part of the celebrations for the day of Madeiran entrepreneurs, was an opportunity to present Macaronesian businessmen with the benefits and advantages of investing in Cabo Verde, starting with the guarantee of financing for companies as long as they are headquartered in the country
“I presented the Sovereign Fund as an instrument created by the Government of Cabo Verde to promote investment, an instrument that helps companies that want to invest in Cabo Verde access to finance,” he said in statements to Inforpress.
Pedro Barros stressed that all companies set up in Cabo Verde, regardless of the origin of their capital, needing guarantees to make new investments or expand their businesses could count on the guarantee of the Sovereign Fund.
