Africa-Press – Cape verde. On the 16th, 17th and 18th Porto Novo hosts the Santo Antão agricultural fair (FEPASA) as part of the city’s São João festivities. The fair will bring together producers from the three municipalities of the island of the mountains.
The Santo Antão agricultural fair, which is one of the highlights of the São João Baptista festivities in Porto Novo, will be, for three days, a showcase of agricultural products, gastronomy and handicrafts from the island of Santo Antão .
The organization of the event is in charge of the city hall of Porto de Novo, which informed that FEPASA will have an entertainment program, with “colá sonjon”, with groups of drummers, with traditional music, passages of classic films and diverse entertainment.
Agricultural producers and livestock breeders see this fair as a space to promote the potential of the agricultural and livestock sectors of the island of Santo Antão.
