Africa-Press – Cape verde. The vice president of the ETE Group representing the shareholder in CV Interilhas considered that the “false perception” that indicates that the company does not communicate with its customers when there are cases of changing travel dates.
Jorge Maurício, in an interview with Inforpress, confirmed that passengers/customers “are always warned” in case of one or another change.
“We send SMS and people say they don’t read it, it’s difficult, we call, they don’t answer, we make redundancies with announcements on social networks, they say there was no internet, and we still communicate through the media”, explained the vice president of the Group ETE.
The same source acknowledged, however, that it is not easy to communicate when dealing with hundreds of passengers, sometimes there is always a party that, for one reason or another, has indicated a telephone number that is not theirs, in other cases the number is wrong, that is, “there are ‘n’ situations that we have experienced”.
