Africa-Press – Eswatini. Fresh from hosting a successful show headlined by Dance queen Makhadzi, Mdzimba View Shisanyama on Saturday (7 June 2025) will host South African Afro-pop star Ciza , where he will headline the highly anticipated ‘Simple Saturdays as confirmed by Manqoba ‘Mawillies’ Dlamini.

The artist, known for his genre-blending sound and vibrant stage presence, is set to deliver a performance that fans won’t soon forget. Born Nkululeko Nciza in 2001, Ciza has quickly risen through the ranks of Africa’s music scene since debuting in 2019. Now 24, he’s carved out a niche with his signature blend of Afro-beats and southern African rhythms, a fusion he proudly calls “South beats.” His innovative style has earned him widespread recognition not only in South Africa but also across the continent.

The Simple Saturday’s line-up is stacked with top-tier supporting acts, including local crowd-pullers Bandora, Lady Zee, Zulu D, Selector, Tap Tap, and Virus. Mdzimba View’s resident DJs will also take to the decks, promising a full night of musical excellence and cultural celebration.

Tickets are priced at E100 for general admission and E300 for VIP, offering fans the chance to enjoy the show in style. With ticket sales gaining momentum, the event is expected to draw a massive turnout.

Ciza first turned heads with his breakout single Come Alive, but it was his 2020 hit Adje that truly launched him into the spotlight. In 2025, he dropped Isaka—a track that’s currently trending and cementing his place as a leading voice in Afro-pop. Music runs deep in his blood—Ciza is the son of renowned musicians Nhlanhla and TK Nciza, and he credits his upbringing for shaping his unique sound and creative identity.

As excitement builds for his Eswatini debut, fans are ready for a night of energy, rhythm, and pure South beats magic.
