Africa-Press – Eswatini. Thokozile Vilakati-Jele, the wife to highly regarded lawyer and Director of the now defunct Ocean Basket eSwatini has been accused of disappearing with workers terminal benefits.
The businesswoman is also accused of failing to remit employees’ deducted monies to the Eswatini National Provident Fund(ENPF), workers told this publication on Thursday.
Reached for comments, lawyer Zweli Jele assured those who are being owed that, the Liquidator will be paying claims soon.
“Afternoon.There’s a liquidation process of the Ocean Basket restaurants.Liquidator will be paying claims-PAUL MULINDWA is liquidator”, reads a message sent to editor Zweli Martin Dlamini by the senior lawyer.
