Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. The National Revenue Authority (NRA) suffered a 3-2 embarrassing defeat in their Group A opening fixture to the Electricity Generation Transmission Company (EGTC) in the ongoing inter-MDA football gala at the National Stadium Practice Field.
Thus, the game result has taken the EGTC to four points, four goals in their favor, minus three.
In the early fixture, the Electoral Commission of Sierra Leone (ECSL) and the Human Rights Commission (HRC) finished 1-1. HRC secured their first point yesterday after two matches played in Group B.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Alhaji Timothy Musa Kabba will be up against the National Petroleum Regulatory Authority of Mr. Balua Koroma and the Electricity Distribution Services Authority (EDSA), and the Bank of Sierra Leone.
Under the leadership of Madam Augusta James-Teima, Minister of Sports, and Dr. Emmanuel Saffa Abdulai, the inter-MDA football 2025 is aimed at increasing both physical exercise and literacy for government workers, bringing MDAs together, and bridging the bureaucracies involved in accessing services from one MDA to another.
