Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. Sierra Leone’s Minister of Information and Civic Education, Chernor Bah, has arrived in Beijing, China, on an official visit at the invitation of Diming Printing, one of the largest printing companies in the country. July 11, 2025.
He is accompanied by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information, Andrew Kamara, and the Government Printer, Mr. Salifu Suma.
The visit aims to explore a strategic partnership with Diming Printing that could significantly transform the Government Printing Department and modernize Sierra Leone’s overall printing and publishing architecture.
Also, Diming has expressed strong interest in establishing operations in Sierra Leone, signaling promising opportunities for technology transfer, local capacity building, and private sector development in the print industry.
Domino Printing Sciences is a significant player in the printing industry in China, particularly in coding, marking, and labeling equipment.
Domino has invested in a new factory in Changshu, China, highlighting its commitment to the Chinese market and the wider Asia-Pacific region. The company’s focus includes ink production, inkjet printer assembly, and thermal transfer overprinting (TTO) assembly testing.
