Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. The President of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), Mr. Babadi Kamara, alongside the Acting General Secretary, Mr. Mohamed Benson Bawoh, is representing Sierra Leone at the CAF Impact Strategic Roundtable Workshop currently underway in Kampala, Uganda.
The high-level workshop brings together football leaders from across Africa to discuss sustainable development, governance, and strategies to strengthen and transform the game on the continent.
Organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), the forum serves as a platform for member associations to share experiences, align on reforms, and chart new pathways for the growth of African football.SLFA’s participation underscores President Kamara’s commitment to ensuring that Sierra Leone takes an active role in continental football reforms and development initiatives.
His leadership has been increasingly focused on positioning the country at the heart of discussions aimed at modernizing football structures and expanding opportunities for players, administrators, and fans alike.
The Kampala roundtable is expected to produce key resolutions that will guide the future direction of football governance and development across Africa.
