Norton legislator (independent) Temba Mliswa has said the ruling ZANU PF wants him to write a letter of apology for insulting then-president the late Robert Mugabe as a condition for him to rejoin the party.
Mliswa is a former member of the Zanu-PF party. He was once the ZANU-PF provincial chairman for Mashonaland West Province before his ouster in December 2014 and subsequent expulsion in 2015.
Some have always accused Mliswa of being a ZANU PF member due to his support for the government of President Emmerson Mnangagwa who is said to be his relative.
Mliswa is also on record criticising a number of government initiatives and officials.
