Africa-Press – Angola. Angolan President João Lourenço will award on August 14 and 15, 743 more personalities, for the relevant contribution to the construction and affirmation of the nation, in the context of the 50th anniversary of National Independence.
It is the 5th group of personalities distinguished within the program of recognition to national and foreign individualities that excelled in different areas of public, social, economic, scientific and cultural life of the country.
Of this total, 100 citizens will be decorated in the independence class, while 643 are part of the Peace and Development class as a way of honoring their role in the consolidation of the democratic and law state, as well as in promoting economic and social progress.
