Africa-Press – Angola. The trial of generals Kopelipa and Dino resumes on Monday (02), with the reading of the China International Fund (CIF)’s public defender arguments and the beginning of the evidence production phase.
According to a press release, the Supreme Court clarified that the case has 38 deponents who should be heard over the next sessions.
The defendants are charged with the crimes of embezzlement, fraud, document falsification, criminal association, abuse of power, money laundering and influence peddling.
This trial also involves the companies Plansmart International Limited and Utter Right International Limited.
