Africa-Press – Cape verde. TACV/Cabo Verde Airlines will resume operations to Paris, as of July 23, with two weekly flights.
According to information advanced by the national flag carrier, these two weekly flights between Cape Verde and Paris, which start on the 23rd of July, aim to serve the Diaspora, as well as the tourist market.
Flights follow the Paris/Sal/Paris route, with a 1-hour connection in São Vicente.
According to the company , the flights have been available on the system for reservations and issuance since yesterday, April 28, and can be booked on the company’s website at www.caboverdeairlines.com, as well as on the Customer Service service ( [email protected] ), and at partner travel agencies.
Ticket price
In a simulation of A NAÇÃO on the company’s website, the prices of a one-way ticket between São Vicente and Paris, for example on July 26, are around 18 thousand escudos in economy class, while the round trip São Vicente/Paris /São Vicente between the 26th of July and the 7th of August is around 40 thousand escudos.
It is recalled that after the pandemic and with many ups and downs, Cabo Verde Airlines resumed its operations on December 27, 2021 for the Portuguese market, currently covering the airports of Sal, Praia and Mindelo.
TACV/CVA currently operates with a single aircraft and the company has already announced that a new Boeing 737-8 MAX is on the way, to reinforce operations.
According to the recovery plan, the company will gradually introduce more flights, foreseeing the return of operations to the United States of America and Brazil in the near future.
