Africa-Press – Namibia. TEAM Namibia is en route to New Delhi to compete in the 2025 World Para Athletics Championships, set to run from 27 September to 5 October at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
The championships, organised by World Para Athletics under the International Paralympic Committee, will bring together more than 1,000 athletes in what is expected to be the largest Para sport event ever staged in India.
This marks the 12th edition of the global competition and the first time it will be hosted in India, as well as in South Asia. Over nine days, events will take place across morning and evening sessions, showcasing top talent from around the world.
