Africa-Press. The Senegalese Football Federation announced the list of the national team preparing to compete in the World Cup next month in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Notable absences from the list include French player Malang Sarr from Lens, Italian Lazio forward Boulaye Dia, Metz forward Habib Diallo, and Watford midfielder Nampalys Mendy, who have all been regulars for Senegal recently.

Senegal’s Squad for the 2026 World Cup

The list is led by the duo playing in the Saudi league: Sadio Mané (Al Nassr) and Kalidou Koulibaly (Al Hilal).

The list, published on the official account of the Senegalese Federation on the platform “X” through an image featuring the players’ names, includes:

Goalkeepers: Edouard Mendy – Mory Diaw – Ivan Diouf.

**Defenders:** Krépin Diatta – Anthony Mendy – Kalidou Koulibaly – Malick Diouf – Mamadou Sarr – Moussa Niakhaté – Mustapha Mbow – Abdoulaye Seck – Ismaïla Jacobs – Elhadji Kamara.

Midfielders: Idrissa Gana Gueye – Pape Gueye – Lamine Camara – Habib Diallo – Pape Matar Sarr – Bara Sarr.

Forwards: Sadio Mané – Ismaïla Sarr – Iliman Ndiaye – Assane Diallo – Ibrahim Mbaye – Nicolas Jackson – Bamba Dieng – Sharif Ndiaye.

Senegal will compete in the World Cup within Group F, which also includes France, the runner-up from the last edition, along with Iraq and Norway.
