An official document titled “List of Hargeisa Water Agency Employees Participating in Water Services Training” revealed the names of several employees scheduled to attend the training in Israel.
The document indicated that these employees possess high technical expertise in managing and operating water services, and the training aims to enhance their skills and contribute to the development of water services in Hargeisa.
Additionally, information showed that some agency employees were not included in the list of participants, according to official correspondence that has not clarified the reasons for their exclusion.
Earlier, the Somaliland administration sent employees from immigration, airport, and port institutions to Tel Aviv as part of similar training programs, as confirmed by private sources.
